Katie Rienzo is a licensed real estate agent in both North Carolina and Massachusetts, with over 12 years of experience in the industry, including more than five years full-time. She began her real estate career in Massachusetts in 2013 after building a professional foundation in sales, finance, and management. In 2020, Katie relocated to North Carolina, where she now serves clients throughout the Triangle region.

Katie works with buyers, sellers, and relocating clients across Apex, Cary, Morrisville, Holly Springs, Fuquay-Varina, Raleigh, Durham, and Research Triangle Park (RTP). Her dual-licensure and relocation experience make her a strong resource for clients moving into North Carolina or transitioning between markets.
